For the Accredited visitors

In order to access the Festival's screenings, accredited participants must reserve their place in the auditorium through Boxol's online booking system romacinemafest.boxol.it/Accrediti, by accessing the portal using their personal credentials and associating their accreditation registration code.
 
If you have previously used the BOXOL.IT portal, and you have a registration, it is sufficient to log in with the email and password you have already used; otherwise you must proceed with a new registration by entering your personal email (note that this will be the one on which you will receive the bookings for access to the halls), and a password created specifically by the user, which must be at least 8 letters long, with at least one capital letter, and contain a number and a symbol (!, &, %,?).
 
The accreditation must be associated with a different e-mail address for each accredited person, so it is recommended not to use company e-mails.
 
Once you have registered on the portal, on the next screen, you must enter the accreditation registration code, which was sent to you by e-mail from the Festival Accreditation Office. The registration code, and consequently access to the portal, can only be activated after payment of the accreditation.
 
Once the registration procedure has been completed, it is then possible to access the Festival programme dedicated to accredited participants, and to proceed with the reservation of a seat in the hall as indicated.
For subsequent accesses, the portal automatically recognises the accredited person, and it is then possible to directly access the list of screenings.
Bookings for "Accredited" or "Audience and Accredited" screenings can be made from 48 hours before the day one intends to book, from 8.00 am. Bookings can be made up to the starting time of the performance, but always while places are available (eg. from 8.60 a.m. on 16 October accredited persons can book screenings on 18 October).

We would like to remind you that "Advance Press Screenings", for which a reservation is compulsory, are priority for accredited PRESS.

These specific screenings will be accessible, for the PRESS, from 48 hours before the day they are to be booked, from 8.00 am. If there are still places available, reservations will also be open for FESTIVAL category accredited people, who will be able to reserve a place from 24 hours before the day of interest, again from 8.00 am.

Reservations can be made up to the starting time of the show, but always while places are still available (e.g. from 8.00 a.m. on 16 October, PRESS accreditations can book advance press appointments for 18 October, while FESTA accredited people can book advance press appointments for 18 October, if available, from 8.00 a.m. on 17 October). 
 
For this edition, Press Conferences will be open without reservation, with free admission, and priority given to PRESS accreditors, subject to availability.  
Access to the halls is allowed after verification of the reservation, by reading the bar code on the accreditation badge or the reservation accompanied by the badge; it is not necessary to print out the reservation received as an email attachment. However, it is advisable to check the electronic ticket received row and assigned seat before entering the hall.
Access to the theatres is only permitted with the badge and the reservation.

It is not possible to book screenings in the same time slot.

It is not permitted to enter the auditorium after the screening has started.
If you are unable to participate in one of the screenings you have reserved, you must cancel it within 2 hours before the beginning of the screening itself, by signing into the reserved area for accredited visitors on the Boxol website. In the “my reservations” section, you will find the details of the reservations and you may cancel your order.

Warning, after 3 reserved screenings you do not attend and do not cancel, the Fest reserves the right to deactivate your accreditation for 24 hours. 
If you lose your accreditation badge, you pledge to immediately advise the Fest organization in writing, after which, after 24 hours, a new accreditation may be issued at the cost of 5€, with payment to be made exclusively by credit card or bank card. The lost accreditation badge is immediately deactivated. After the first request for a duplicate, any subsequent accreditations will have to be paid for again in full.
