The kind PUBLIC is reminded that access to the auditorium is allowed strictly up to 10 minutes before the start of the show for all theaters, and that for security reasons access to the Auditorium Parco della Musica will be subject to controls, and it will not be possible to introduce suitcases or bulky bags into the auditorium, so it is advisable to arrive well in advance at the access gates in order to avoid inconvenience. Access to the auditorium will not be allowed once the screening has started.

Failure to show your ticket will not give you access to the screening or the Festival events, and will not entitle you to a refund.
 
In all venues of the Festival, seats are assigned in accordance with current regulations. In this regard, when purchasing, it is recommended to verify the accuracy of the number of seats selected, and any recommended age, any error will be the responsibility of the buyer and may result in the inability to attend the event.
 
Children under the age of 6 are not allowed at the Festival screenings. Any screenings prohibited to minors under the age of 14 and 18, (ages 12 and 16, respectively, if accompanied by parent or parental guardian, both carrying ID) are noted in the program.
 
It is mandatory to keep cell phones strictly off in the halls. An anti-piracy control is in operation in the halls. Audio-video filming with any kind of equipment is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed and reported for violation of anti-piracy regulations. 
 
In case of loss, tickets are neither duplicable nor refundable. Tickets cannot be replaced unless the event to which they refer has been canceled by the Foundation. 
 
Any transgression of safety and public order regulations will, in the sole judgment of the Festival, result in exclusion from the event. The organization of the Festival also reserves the right to take legal action against the participant in the event of damage caused by the participant.
 
All screenings are in the original language with Italian and English subtitles or in English only for films in Italian, exceptions will be communicated.

Pre-sale ticket purchases for the 18th edition of the Rome Film Festival can be made exclusively online through the Boxol website https://romacinemafest.boxol.it from Oct. 10, 2023 at 11 a.m. (with "digital ticket" mode, the ticket can be printed or made available on one's mobile device clearly legible). During the pre-sale and sale period, a maximum of 6 tickets for each film will be available for each buyer.

Access to the ticket office will be restricted in order to avoid crowds; online purchase is recommended.
 
Please note that tickets for pay-per-view screenings scheduled at the Maxxi Museum, Auditorium Conciliazione, and Cinema Adriano will be available for purchase through https://romacinemafest.boxol.it , or at the Festival's ticket offices; it will not be possible to purchase tickets directly at the ticket offices of the above theaters.

Those who wish to take advantage of the promotional rates granted to the affiliated Bodies should use the purchase channels in online mode, entering the discount code received from the relevant Body or Association.

Free activities Film Festival
Access to screenings and free activities open to the public and accredited persons are freely accessible while seats last. The list, dates, and times can be found on the Audience Program on the Festa website www.romacinemafest.it . Any exceptions are communicated in the Program.

Red Carpet
It is possible to attend the Red Carpet of the Festival, from the Lower and Upper Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica while seats last; for security reasons, the access gates may be subject to controls and/or quotas.
 
 Alice in the City
Independent and parallel section 
The Alice nella città programme is on sale with tickets ranging from € 7 to € 12. Tickets for screenings open to the public will be available according to the Festa's terms and conditions and box office. Any co-productions produced in collaboration with the Rome Film Festival may be subject to price variations. Schools and large groups can book and contact directly: scuole@alicenellacitta.com. 
 
Casa Alice Village

In the area in front of the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Alice nella città space for meetings, information and press activities. Open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Alice's programming will also take place at the Auditorium Conciliazione and Cinema Adriano. www.alicenellacitta.com.
 
Alice in the City promotions and discounts
Alice Family Package: 10% discount for the purchase of more than 3 tickets per family group of the Official Selection of Alice in the City. The discount can only be applied to screenings over €7, exclusively at the Auditorium Parco della Musica box office.
Discounts are available for organizations and associations affiliated with Alice in the City.
The purchase of tickets for disabled persons can be made exclusively at the Auditorium Parco della Musica ticket office, upon presentation of the appropriate certifications required by law (Law 104). There is one free ticket for the accompanying person of the non-ambulatory disabled person and a 20% reduction for the disabled person, while for severe disabilities exceeding 70%, there is a 20% reduction for the purchase of two tickets.

THEATERS IN THE CITY
Tickets for the following theaters, which will rerun some of the Festival films, may be purchased exclusively at the box offices of those theaters. 
 
Palladium Theater 
It is possible to purchase tickets for the screenings scheduled at the Palladium Theater (Oct. 19-23, 2023) at the theater's box office (Piazzale Bartolomeo Romano, 8) on the evening of the event, or through presale through www.teatropalladium.uniroma3.it . 
 
New Sacher Cinema
It is possible to purchase tickets for a selection of films from the official program of the Festival, created by Nanni Moretti, at the Cinema Nuovo Sacher, through www.sacherfilm.eu . 
 
Halls in town
The Festa, for this edition, involves a number of cinemas in the city, so the public can purchase tickets for scheduled screenings in the theaters listed below, directly from the relevant theaters.

THE CINEMA VILLAGE
In the area in front of the Auditorium, from October 18 to 29, there is the Cinema Village, which is a meeting and gathering point for the event's audience. In this area is set up "Foodopolis," the traveling city of taste created by NOAO. Campo Marzio will be present with a booth dedicated to the merchandising of the Festival. SparTito Restaurant, BaRT and BUB | Bar under the Bridge kiosk are located at the Auditorium.
